We can assist with one off issues or support on a more regular basis, providing the resource you need, when you need it without the commitment of a permanent in house team. It may be that you do have an internal HR team but there are certain projects that you want to deliver and need additional temporary resource to help. In both these situations we can offer flexible, reliable and expert advice.
We offer a range of flexible options depending on your needs. We offer adhoc, pay as you go advice for one off issues and we charge in blocks of 30 minutes so no query is too small! For a longer term arrangement we can work with you on a retainer basis and the cost of this will depend on the level of service that you need which can be anything from a light touch advice line through to a full outsourced HR service. We also offer fixed fee arrangements for project work and casework. None of our engagement options come with a lengthy contract so you won’t be tied in for any longer than you want to be!
